Easy Fridge SEed Slice

NICE Easy and YUMMY Slice​
Great fats and awesome Antioxidant Fruits fill this slice.
Adults and Kids love it!

Ingredients

• 1 Cup of Sunflower Seeds
• 1 Cup of Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
• 1/2 Cup of melted Coconut Oil
• 5 dates
• 1/2 cup of mixed dry fruit TRY Dried Cranberries and Blueberries for a nice change AND they are packed with amazing antioxidants, THOSE dried fruits also give it a berry taste which is nice and fresh.
• 50 grams of unsweetened or dark chocolate
•  *Optional: 2 tablespoon of Cacao Nibs (health food shop) be daring.. the kids will love the crunch and it is

​Distructions

1. I put it ALL in my Thermomix and Blitz until it resembles colorful sand:) You can use a blender or food processor and do the same thing.
   
2. Spread on a loaf pan and put it in the freezer. This bad boy will be ready in less than an hour..
   
3. I love to cut it all up in different size pieces, I find that kids LOVE the option of trying something small to begin with if it is new and coming back for a bigger piece later. This is a great slice pack with good fats and amazing nutrients.
