Super Food Slice
This is a nice, quick and easy slice which I converted from a clients Recipe who's children have Nut Allergies. It is full of good fats and a nice snack after school or morning/afternoon tea when you are at work. As it is filled with great fats it will keep the Carb cravings at bay.
This slice does need to be kept in the fridge. I make 2 and pop one in the freezer for when things get busy:)
